The EOS Model™

Working with entrepreneurs and their leadership teams Gino Wickman realized that only about 5% of businesses are truly getting what they want from their business. The other 95% are not.  Gino created EOS based on the realization that every business, big or small, has just Six Key Components™ and to the extent an organization can strengthen the Six Key Components they will ultimately get more of what they want from their businesses.

Vision

You probably have a vision but is it crystal clear and is everyone on the same page with what it is and how you're going to get there?

People

You're most appreciable asset are your people. When you get the right people in the right seats aligned around a common vision…great things happen!

Data

You can't manage what you don't measure. Tracking objective data helps you see problems arise before they become major issues so you can get things back on track.

Process

You likely only have 6 – 10 truly Core Processes. This is all about getting the most important stuff done the right and best way everytime!

Issues

Your people become expert problem solvers. What a problem gets teed up you'll learn to knock it out of the park, resting easy knowing it's gone for good!

Traction

Most companies have Vision they just often struggle to make it a reality due to weakness in the Traction component. EOS helps you achieve your Vision with Traction!

How It Works

The EOS Process™

The EOS Process™ is how we bring all the pieces together in a tried-and-true way to include each of the EOS Tools in the right order to strengthen the Six Key Components of your business.   You will need someone to fill the essential role of “EOS Implementer™ to guide your leadership team through the process.  Whether this be a person from inside your organization or a Professional Implementer from outside the company is up to each individual business.   We recommend using a Professional at least to get started as it’s very difficult to perform this function as part of the team in the early stages while the system is being learned and implemented.

90 Minute Meeting

Presenting the leadership team to EOS and getting everyone in sync so they can make the decision if they want to proceed with the system and tools to strengthen their business.

2.

The Focus Day™

A full day to get the leadership team on track by giving them tools to set clear tasks for each person, set priorities, improve communication, resolve issues and track critical numbers. For the next 30 days the leadership team will use their new found tools for the advancement of their business.

Vision Building™ Day 1

Getting the Leadership together again to begin with reviewing and improving the Focus Day™ tools. They then begin to use the V/TO™, Vision / Traction Organizer™, tool to clarify their vision, starting with who they are, why they exist, what they do and where they are going. They will also begin using a tool for reviewing their people.

Vision Building™ Day 2

The leadership gets together again to become experts in the Focus Day™ tools and continue using the V/TO tool to complete their vision, clarifying their Marketing Strategy, their 3-Year Picture™, 1-Year Plan and priorities for the next 90 days. Now that the leaders are laser focused and in sync, they will use the tools for the next 90 days to accomplish their plan. They will see more improvement.

Quarterly Sessions

Every 90 days the leadership team will get together to look at how well they've been performing, realign, set priorities for the next 90 days and look at any problems that might block their progress. They experience measurable growth and improvement every 90 days – Traction®.

Annual Sessions

The leadership team gets together 2 days each year to work on team health and update their vision and create a strategy for the next quarter. This results in a healthy, focused leadership team and organization that continually advances towards accomplishing everything in their vision.

The EOS Toolbox™

Quite simply, these are tools that work! The EOS Toolbox is a complete set of tools, tackling and strengthening all six of the key components of any business. These tools are (by design) easy to learn and use. Every tool in the EOS Toolbox has been proven in the real world. Each tool is in the toolbox because it’s the best tool we’ve found for reinforcing a particular key business component.
